Alice Duran is a retired Special Education teacher who taught elementary special education and bilingual education in Colorado. In Virginia, she worked with 2 to 5 year-olds with special needs. After retiring from teaching, she worked as a Safety Coordinator for the company her husband worked for. She now enjoys spending time with family and friends, fulfilling dreams she and her husband started, volunteering in church, hiking on their mountain property, traveling, and gardening.
Rachel Duran is a Commercial Officer for the Department of Commerce. She has worked to support U.S. businesses in Puerto Rico, India, the UAE, Mexico, and Serbia. She graduated with a MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. Her hobbies include traveling, surfing, triathlons, and rock climbing.
Alicia DuPree is a senior water/wastewater civil engineer with 19 years’ experience. She is responsible for managing large, complex master planning projects and developing strategic water and wastewater infrastructure capital improvement plans for municipalities throughout the western United States. In her free time, she loves to spend time with God, salsa dance with her husband, and play with her adorable daughter.
